About Our Reception Area
Our goal at Southeastern Retina Specialists is to make your visit as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. We want you to feel like you are a part of our family and strive to provide the best customer service possible. Once you arrive at our office for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our patient service specialists at the front desk. They will welcome you to our practice and ask you to sign in and get all the pertinent information such as a driver’s license and insurance card(s). If you are a new patient and did not bring your new patient paperwork in, they will give you a packet that will need to be filled out prior to your appointment. If you are a return patient, they will ask you to fill out a couple of updated information forms to make sure we have all your information correct in our system. After your paperwork is complete, your information will be processed in our computer system and then your chart will go up for one of our trained ophthalmic technicians to call you back and begin your work up.
